Razvan Manea

Razvan has more than 13 years of experience as a Project Manager, in which he coordinated multiple projects such as One Cotroceni Park Office ( 116.500 SQ. M) and Baba Novac Residence (6 buildings-363 apartments) ) where he was in charge with the MEP works. He was also in charge with monitoring projects like City Point Development and Aqua City on behalf of financing banks. For Makita factory in Branesti (55.000 SQ. M) and Epoque Hotel, Bucharest, he did the audit and energy certification. As part of the Project Development team, Razvan provides project coordination, technical optimization consultancy and cost control services.

Razvan graduated from the Technical University of Constructions in Bucharest, Faculty of Building Services Engineering and has worked for: Vitalis Consulting, National Institute for R&D in Physics and Nuclear Engineering, RCM INSTAL CONSULT PROIECT, TEHNOCLIMA and ELSACO ELECTRONIC.
