LC Waikiki and English Home have joined the mix of tenants already present in the shopping center Arena Mall Bacau. LC Waikiki and English Home, retailers controlled by two Turkish groups, will open stores in the coming months with a cumulative area of approximately 1,200 sqm. LC Waikiki’s new store occupies 1,000 sqm, while English Home has a surface area of 155 sqm. “LC Waikiki and English Home are among retailers that have registered good results last year and have a sustained plan of development,” said Mihaela Petruescu, head of DTZ property management, which brokered the transaction.
