The office space available in Romania’s secondary cities, such as Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi and Brasov will reach the 1 million threshold by the end of 2018, a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox survey said.
The total office space in the cities considered reached 700,000 square meters in mid-2017, according to the survey. By contrast, Bucharest offers 2.6 million square meters, namely 70 percent more than all secondary cities combined. Read more on www.business-review.eu
