The luxury residential segment proves to be currently less affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This was one of the conclusions of the videoconference organized by Cushman and Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company and the law firm Dentons Romania.

“We resumed discussions with the clients interested in the acquisition of premium properties, we also received new requests and even organised site visits. We are in a period that becomes effervescent and people are starting to look for what they had in mind before the start of the pandemic.”, declared Mihaela Pană, Partner Residential Agency Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

During the videoconference, important players participated at the debate of a series of 10 topics that will impact the development and transactional activity of the residential sector.
