03The Results
The five Penny Centers that have undergone reconfiguration have an excellent commercial position, and, given the fact that customers are looking for easy shopping alternatives and a mix of cool brands, we attracted a mix of tenants complementary to Penny Centers’ consumer profile. Many of the tenants who opened stores alongside Penny Centers also marked their presence on the local market: Decathlon, JYSK (3 units), Pepco (4 units), Deichmann, ZooCenter, Takko, Agroland, McDonald’s, SuperBet.
