Frudisiac, one of Bucharest’s most popular all-day dining concepts, was seeking to expand its footprint with a second location in the city. The brand specifically targeted the Floreasca district, an area widely recognized for its vibrant food and beverage scene and concentration of premium hospitality concepts. The challenge for our team was to identify a suitable street retail location capable of accommodating both the restaurant operations and a terrace component in a market characterized by extremely low vacancy, narrow streets, and limited units meeting the brand’s operational requirements.
