01The Challenge
Our Capital Markets team managed the sale process and assisted the seller to achieve the optimal terms, for an industrial and logistics property located in the largest logistics area in Romania.

02The Solution
We organised a structured sale process using a comprehensive and detailed investment pack. We initiated a targeted marketing campaign for the asset to a pre-agreed A list of investors and coordinated the sale process from pre-launch to closing.

03The Results
We managed to maximize the pricing for our client and the transaction was signed before the on-set of the pandemic in Europe and it was closed during a very challenging period in terms of unprecedented disruption to normal work and social routines. It is a sign of resilience of the deal and it shows a much more mature market, that is still active and will navigate difficult obstacles, as it has shown to have done so in the past.
