URSUS BREWERIES

01The challenge
Ursus Breweries, the most beloved and powerful beer producer in Romania, challenged our team to deliver their new headquarters in Bucharest, adapted to the post-pandemic work style, with an interesting mix of workspaces and types of furniture. The design and implementation was done by AMA Design, architects specialized in office design and involved a successful collaboration with our Project Management team.

02The solution
Our team represented the owner during the construction site, providing technical assistance to interconnect the infrastructure of the new project with the existing one in the building. Through the technical consultancy provided, we ensured the coordination of the building teams with those of the general contractor, we analyzed the technical project and we facilitated the execution process according to the short deadlines for the completion of the work.

03The results
The results look nothing like a regular office, and that was exactly the intention. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox was able to contribute to the client’s great ambitions for their new office interior, where strategy, technology and creation come together. The interior has become a statement, with various references to the brand’s past, while in terms of the work, facilities, environment, appearance, functionality and transparency it is ready for the future.
