01The Challenge
We have been tasked by Jimmy Key, a well-known fashion brand from Turkey, to scout and secure retail spaces for its first stores in Bucharest. The deal includes launching the brand’s first locations in two of the city’s dominant shopping centers.
02The Solution
Our Retail Team represented Jimmy Key in the scouting, searching and advice the tenant subsequent negotiations with the landlords. This involved relaying Jimmy Key’s concerns and requirements to the landlords, allowing the owner to provide property solutions that addressed Jimmy Key’s needs.
03The Results
Cushman&Wakefield was able to secure two lease deal that benefited Jimmy Key. The negotiations from the Cushman&Wakefield team also allowed Jimmy Key to enter within the most performant shopping center in Romania, Park Lake & AFI Cotroceni, in top locations on the ground floor.
