MULTINATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY

01The challenge

A multi-faceted project that raised the bar for future workplace transformations: the redesign of a global financial services headquarters located in the heart of Bucharest. The assignment required a complete overhaul – both technically and visually.

The challenge for our Project & Development Services team was to modernize the workspace in line with the company’s sustainability objectives and to enhance employee well-being, while preserving the brand’s identity and operational efficiency.

02The solution

We implemented a tailored design concept that integrates modern architecture with energy-efficient strategies:

  • Raised ceilings in open-space areas, with fully upgraded HVAC and electrical systems;
  • Smart lighting system that maximizes natural light via façade exposure and regulates artificial lighting using twilight sensors;
  • Interior design that balances neutral tones with vibrant color accents from curated furniture and local and international artworks.

03The results

This project reaffirms our commitment to deliver more than a refurbishment — a fully reimagined, human-centered and sustainable workspace.

The creative approach led to a refreshed headquarters that supports collaboration, improves employee experience, and brings measurable sustainability benefits.
