Oana Iliescu

Oana Iliescu is the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2010 and she oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, financial management and supervision of all the teams, while focusing on retail leasing. She joined the company in 2004 and has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Oana successfully established and managed the retail team, leasing over 400,000 sq. m of exclusive retail projects. She provided retail consultancy for dominant shopping centres projects, working alongside architects on the optimization of layouts & concepts, determining the correct positioning of schemes and the most suitable leasing strategies. She has been involved in major leasing transactions including six H&M stores, a ZARA flagship store in Sibiu downtown, a Peek & Cloppenburg store in Timişoara Shopping City, a Carrefour hypermarket at AFI Palace Braşov, etc. Oana has also been working closely with the Asset Services department, being actively involved in the management of retail projects: Penny Market Centers, Orhideea Shopping Center, Tom Shopping Mall, Adobe.
