Raluca Maria Mihai

Raluca coordinates the Property Management Services division at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, leading both financial and operational teams across a portfolio of 450,000 sq. m. She oversees landmark projects spanning all market sectors, including Logicor, Penny, Tiriac Tower, Floreasca Park, and Expo Business Park.

Raluca is dedicated to maintaining strong partnerships with our asset owners, ensuring transparency, trust, and long-term collaboration.

A key achievement in her role has been the digitalization of the department, particularly in financial administration and reporting, which has brought significant added value to both the team and business partners. She has also played a crucial role in consolidating the property management department, expanding the managed portfolio and strengthening the company’s position in the real estate market.
