Cushman & Wakefield Echinox was appointed by the client to assist them in the relocation process from a type A class building, positioned in a lesser submarket having a single digit rent, to an ultra-modern building located in a more competitive area with better amenities and higher rent.
02The Solution
The giant e-commerce company was relocated to a state-of-the-art office building renowned for its technological advancements, situated in a superior sub-market compared to its previous headquarters. Spanning 10,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), the new office represents one of the 2023 key lease agreements in Romania real estate office sector.
03The Results
The current building accommodates a significant precent of the group’s companies, while the new location facilitates the company’s dynamic growth and streamlines the recruitment of top talent. Additionally, the new location aligns with Client’s identity and sustainability standards.
