AN INTERNATIONAL FASHION RETAILER

01The Challenge

A major international fashion brand was looking to expand and consolidate its office space, but still remain in the city center, an area with a low vacancy rate and limited office spaces.

02The Solution

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox office team successfully managed to relocate the client in a new office building with modern technical specifications, offering also space flexibility, as the client was looking to move and consolidate its operations from a multiple floors layout in a boutique building to a single floor in a new project, to increase efficiency.

03The Results

The client signed a contract for a lease term, longer than what is standard on the Romanian real estate market and Cushman & Wakefield Echinox was able to obtain considerable costs savings and to offer the client an office space that fits best to their needs and requirements – mixed office and showroom area.
