AUDIO FORUM AND BANG & OLUFSEN

01The Challenge
The tenant was looking for a space in the Dorobanti-Floreasca area, this being considered to be the only suitable location for a benchmark location in Bucharest.

02The Solution
Our Retail team persuaded the tenant to secure a location outside the desired area by presenting clear advantages of the tenant mix, catchment and other facilities available within the Belvedere Residence project.

03The Results
We convinced Audio Forum and Bang & Olufsen to open a showroom that gathers in the same space two internationally renowned brands and to extend the surface from 300 to 480 sqm, thus creating a high standards destination for audio video products in Bucharest.
