01The challenge
Our client, Capgemini, a leading global consulting, technology services, and digital transformation company, engaged our team to refurbish and redesign their office in Iași. The challenge was to accommodate the same number of employees within a more appropriately sized, streamlined office space, but also to adapt the functionalities to the new staff’s requirements and needs.
02The solution
To ensure seamless day-to-day operations during the transition, we outfitted a smaller operational space within the same building. We took on full accountability for delivering a turnkey project by providing concept design , technical design, project management, health & safety services. This integrated role allowed us to collaborate closely with Capgemini, guiding them in defining their spatial needs, aesthetic preferences, and technical requirements, while meticulously managing budget and timelines.
03The results
Recognizing Capgemini’s diverse industry focus on enhancing operations and improving customer experiences, we incorporated natural materials and textures, such as wood and concrete, alongside a warm and bright color palette featuring biophilic elements. This design approach not only infused the new office space with a sense of nature but also sustained productivity, creativity, and employee well-being, ultimately enhancing Capgemini’s team satisfaction. The architectural project reflects a functional reimagining of the office environment, emphasizing spatial relationships, connections with the outdoors, and the thoughtful use of varied textures to create a dynamic and inviting atmosphere.
