01The challenge
We provided design, tender and project management services, so that the fit-out project and works are in line with the tenant’s technical, financial and esthetic requirements.

02The solution
Our Project Management team guided the tenant through the specific steps of a fit-out design and implementation process, regularly checking the tenant’s requirements. We interfaced between the tenant and the building owner and thus smoothed over the contact of the tenant with the building owner with regard to the technical aspects of the fit-out implementation, keeping all information centralized in PlanRadar.

03The results
We supervised the development and made sure that the delivery of the finished tenant’s space is aligned with the applicable regulations and buildings systems and that the project documents are complete and true to the implemented project.
