GLOBAL AI

01The Challenge

As part of its European expansion strategy, Global AI, a leading provider of enterprise artificial intelligence and next-generation agentic platforms, planned its entry into the Romanian market. Establishing a presence in Bucharest was a strategic decision aimed at supporting the company’s growing European operations while strengthening proximity to both clients and highly skilled technical talent across Central and Eastern Europe.

The challenge was to identify an office solution that could fully support the operational realities of an advanced AI business. Global AI required a workspace able to accommodate complex engineering activity and collaboration-driven teams, offering also a prime location, modern technical specifications and the flexibility needed to scale alongside the company’s long-term growth ambitions in the region.

02The Solution

Global AI selected Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, who provided strategic office leasing advisory throughout the market entry process. Following an in-depth market analysis and evaluation process, Tower Center International was selected as the optimal location for Global AI’s Bucharest office. The Class “A” office building, located in Victoriei Square, stood out due to its central positioning, excellent connectivity, modern infrastructure and its ability to support secure and collaboration-oriented engineering environments. These qualities made it particularly well suited to the needs of technology and AI-focused occupiers establishing a first presence in the local market.

03The Results

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox successfully advised Global AI on the lease of approximately 600 sq. m of office space within Tower Center International. The new Bucharest office will function as a key hub supporting Global AI’s expanding European operations and reinforces its commitment to being closer to both enterprise clients and specialized talent.

By securing space in a landmark, centrally located building that is under BREEAM Very Good certification, Global AI benefited from a modern and sustainable working environment aligned with its technical and operational standards. The structured and pragmatic advisory approach ensured an efficient leasing process, allowing Global AI to focus on building teams and scaling delivery capabilities from the outset.

This collaboration highlights how a focused, client-centric real estate strategy can support high-growth technology companies as they expand into new markets. By aligning workplace decisions with broader business objectives, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox enabled Global AI to establish a strong and future-ready footprint in Romania, supporting its continued expansion across Europe.
