Cushman & Wakefield Echinox successfully advised Global AI on the lease of approximately 600 sq. m of office space within Tower Center International. The new Bucharest office will function as a key hub supporting Global AI’s expanding European operations and reinforces its commitment to being closer to both enterprise clients and specialized talent.
By securing space in a landmark, centrally located building that is under BREEAM Very Good certification, Global AI benefited from a modern and sustainable working environment aligned with its technical and operational standards.
