Since 2014, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has started to provide Integrated Facilities Management Services to Corporate Clients, at the moment managing a total GLA of almost 50,000 sqm in Bucharest and across Romania. One of our clients is represented by a hub of over 3,000 sq.m GLA for specialized and highly skilled talent, software development, industry best practices and collaboration opportunities across cybersecurity, IT and finance. When entering the Romanian market, our team was challenged to organize and implement in an ambitious time frame all the necessary FM resources and services for their office, providing a safe, fully operational and attractive workspace.
We organized tenders for the selection of integrated FM services providers, onboarded the vendors and set up new commercial contracts. We created and implemented working procedures & the financial, administrative, technical and operational workflow. We organized the recruiting and onboarding process for the FM resources assigned to the client, including a dedicated account manager, technical, safety & operational on-site specialists.
The Facilities Management mobilization effort completed in a very challenging and ambitious time frame led to an elevated customer experience aimed to support the client in attracting its workforce back to the office.
