01The Challenge
Notino came with a visionary strategy to serve the clients in a more efficient way during the pandemic period and decided to open in 2020 their first distribution center outside The Czech Republic, the selected country being Romania, due to the large volume of sales.
They challenged us to find extremely fast a warehouse solution in a context of restrictions, when the key element to grow the business was to optimize the logistics costs & secure better delivery time.
02The Solution
Our industrial team found the right building for Notino, offering a modern storage space with high safety conditions for their valuable products and comfortable working conditions for the employees.
03The Results
An important advantage consisted in the fact that the developer CTPark ensured enough space for expansion, therefore, in 2022, Notino doubled the leased area, reaching a 16,000 sq.m hub that serves the Balkan region: Greece & Bulgaria.
