Securing the asset on a very competitive local market involved a strategic approach in order to drive unique value into the scheme, and a strong collaborative process assured by our retail and property management experience and leasing abilities.
03The Results
The five Penny Centers that have undergone reconfiguration have an excellent commercial position, and, given the fact that customers are looking for easy shopping alternatives and a mix of cool brands, we attracted a mix of tenants complementary to Penny Centers’ consumer profile. Many of the tenants who opened stores alongside Penny Centers also marked their presence on the local market: Decathlon, JYSK (3 units), Pepco (4 units), Deichmann, ZooCenter, Takko, Agroland, McDonald’s, SuperBet.
