01The Challenge
SomProduct, a Romanian brand with over 15 years of experience in the Home and Deco industry, was looking to expand its presence on the Romanian market and open a new showroom in a premium location. The brand was already operating in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, and Brasov and was interested in a well-established national retail presence.
02The Solution
After completing the needs analysis and visioning for the SomProduct expansion, our team acted quickly to develop a shortlist that included existing properties across a wide variety of locations and building types. We managed to identify a location in the heart of Timisoara: ISHO Offices, developed by Mulberry Development, a multifunctional project with strong office, residential and retail components. The ground floor retail area satisfied all of SomProduct’s criteria for their vision of the new showroom. We worked alongside the tenant and the landlord to properly integrate the concept within the 1,100 sq.m available.
03The Results
SomProduct opened a premium location in a sustainable project, redefining the urban center of Timisoara with unique functionalities, innovative products and technology, bringing quality and comfort to its visitors and tenants.
