ȚIRIAC TOWER-COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

01The Challenge
Tiriac Tower is a recently delivered office building, with tenants from various industries, each with their own unique interests and preferences. Our challenge consisted in forming a new community for this asset and attracting the existing occupiers into our workplace strategy. We decided to implement a Tenant Experience Survey in order to discover their needs and expectations and deliver the right solutions for them.

02The Solution

After carefully examining their needs, we created a community strategy and prepared a one-year calendar of events, revolving around 4 main pillars: Health & Wellbeing, Sustainability, Cultural & Educational and Seasonal Events. We encouraged tenants to participate in community and ESG initiatives or volunteer opportunities, promoting a sense of belonging and ownership. We also made campaigns online and on the common spaces of the building, thus increasing the popularity of events and encouraging tenants to participate at the future ones.

03The Results
The combined efforts of the occupants and property management team led to numerous success stories that have positively impacted the building community. We created an engaging workplace experience, driven by innovation & positive impact. The results of our actions helped people get inspired from their career journey, creativity, knowledge, experience, constructive emotions, and be more aware of their quality of work and talents.
