01The challenge
The fitness industry has been severely hit by the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic and most of the operators postponed their expansion plans. In the same time, the landlord of the One Cotroceni Park mixed-use project aimed to integrate a representative concept of a gym into their largest current project on the market.
02The solution
Based on a rigorous analysis, our team managed to convince the number one gym operator in Romania of the opportunity to have an unique fitness center to serve a wide catchment area that lacks this services need. Our team worked alongside the tenant and the landlord to define the concept and properly integrate it within the 2,353 sqm available in the One Cotroceni Park project.
03The results
The new concept of World Class is set to become a benchmark fitness location in Romania and an attraction point for the entire project and for the surrounding developing area.
