01The challenge
Xylem, a global water technology company, mandated our team to provide project management and design & build services for their first headquarters in Romania, an office space located in AFI Tech Park 1. The main challenge has been to define together the perfect design, revolving around the values and branding of the company.
02The solution
As project managers, we had the responsibility to guide Xylem in defining their needs for their first local headquarters and provide schedule optimization, monitoring of deliverables and fit-out construction, reporting, budget negotiation, site inspection. Additionally, as design & build providers for branding elements, interior signage, and IT solutions, we had the full responsibility to deliver the turn-key project. This combined role gave us the opportunity to work even more closely with Xylem and guide them in defining their spatial needs, esthetical aspects and technical requirements, always keeping an eye on the budget and timeline.
03The results
We delivered a fresh, inspiring and collaborative workspace, with a generous open-area and meeting rooms with the latest AV technology. The design combines wooden textures with wall imagery, as a reference to Xylem’s mission to transform water through industry-leading technologies and expertise, making this critical resource more accessible, affordable and sustainable, and making communities more resilient.
